Sports

Every sport gets its own version.

How we score is the same everywhere. What we score, we build with the coaches who run that sport.

Built with the coaches who run it.

Coaches decide what separates athletes in their game. Those become the categories. Under each one go the skills, and under each skill goes the stat that backs it up.

A framework isn't a basketball scorecard with new labels.

How a framework nests Basketball, as an example
  1. Category Shooting
  2. Skill Catch & shoot
  3. Stat Attempts, makes, percentage

Every skill a coach scores is backed by a number, not an impression.

Cricket

    Aces, service errors, zone control.

  3. Passing & Defense

Dink consistency, third-shot drop, resets under pressure.

  3. Attacking

  4. Net Play

Kitchen positioning, blocks, hands battles, volleys.

  5. Movement

Footwork, transition to the line, partner spacing.

  6. Intangibles

    Effort, coachability, communication, leadership.

Your sport is next.

We build frameworks one sport at a time. If you run a team in one we don't cover yet, that's usually where a new one starts.
