How it works

From the work to the profile.

Nothing gets scored that nobody watched.

An ISO coach walking athletes through a play on a tactics board
  1. Development assessment

Every 2, 4 or 6 weeks, on the schedule you agree to, a development coach assesses every skill with the numbers behind it: attempts, makes, percentage. A skill needs a minimum number of games before it counts.

  2. Game evaluations

Between assessments, coaches and scouts rate athletes from live competition and submit reports tied to the game.

  3. The ISO Score™

Skills roll into categories. Categories roll into one number out of 10. Your athlete can open every layer.

  4. Charting

Every assessment is another point on the line. Progress stops being a feeling and turns into a line going somewhere.

  5. The ISO DNA™ Grade

Game stats against college benchmarks for your sport and position, graded Elite to Needs Work. Part of ISO Recruiting™.

  6. The recruiting profile

Score, grade, trend and coach reports in one profile. Shared only when you decide to share it.

What never bends

Three rules, every sport.

One score is a snapshot. The gap between week one and week six is the point.

  1. Minimum games

    One night is noise.

  2. Scored by a coach who watched it

Not film, not memory, not a parent’s account of it.

  3. Intangibles always count

    Effort, coachability, communication, leadership.
